How Often Do You Restock?
We’re always launching new styles and colours! Core shades are available year-round with restocks happening every 3-5 weeks. Limited edition colours, however, are only available while supplies last.

Are Vessi Shoes Non-Slip?
Vessi shoes aren’t certified as non-slip. That said, all our collections are designed with a rubber Herringbone pattern on the tread to help with traction.

Can I Wear A Men’s Size If I Normally Wear Women’s Sizes?
You bet! Our shoes are unisex with slight width differences between men’s and women’s sizes.
Men’s collections are 1-2 mm wider than women’s. So, if you’re normally a women’s 9, you would be a men’s 8 and vice versa.
For those looking for a wider option, we recommend choosing from the men’s collection for the best fit.

Do Vessi Shoes Accommodate Orthotics?
Sure thing! Our insoles are removable to accommodate custom insoles and orthotics.
You get to customize fit, comfort, and support to your liking.
How Do I Clean My Vessis?
We recommend frequent hand washing for the best results.
1) Gently remove loose dirt using a dry, soft-bristled shoe brush, cloth, or sponge. Remove laces and wash separately by hand in a mixture of warm water and baking soda
2) Spot treat by putting a small amount of baking soda directly on the affected area. Spritz white vinegar on it, or dab it on with a cloth. Using the cloth, gently wipe in circular motions to get into the small grooves of the knit material
3) Rinse the affected area with cold water, and repeat as needed until clean.
4) Air dry your shoes at room temperature, away from direct sunlight or heat source like a radiator

The Alta High Tops, Boardwalk Slip-ons, Market Flats, Pacific Sneakers, Stormburst Low Tops and Weekend collection are our only machine-washable lines. Follow the below steps for the best results:
1) Remove insoles and laces
2) Machine wash cold, not hot
3) Wash on their own and not with other items
4) Do not tumble dry. Vessis are air-dry only
A note on lighter colours: If dirt or mud is left on for too long, it’s more likely to leave a mark. The quicker you can give your Vessis a rinse, the easier it’ll be to keep them looking fresh.

What Is A Pre-Order?
A pre-order is a product that can be purchased before it arrives at our warehouse. This allows you to reserve a unit and make sure you don’t ever miss out.
Return & Exchanges
What Is Your Return & Exchange Policy?
Your Vessis not working out exactly how you hoped they would? No problem. We’re happy to accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date.
Here’s how to ensure a smooth return/exchange:
– Your items are unworn, undamaged. All tags must be on apparel and accessories, shoes must be in the original box.
– Returns without the original shoebox (or if damaged) may be charged a $5 reboxing fee.
– Due to sanitary issues laces, face masks, and socks cannot be exchanged or returned.
– Free returns/exchanges do not apply to orders outside North America. Shipping fees apply.
– Some shoes marked as final sale may be ineligible for returns or exchanges.
– The shoebox must be clear of tape and additional writing.

Terms and Conditions
– Returns that are worn, stained, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
– Rejected returns are not eligible for a refund and will not be returned.
– Requests submitted after 30-day period will not be accepted.
– An exchange request doesn’t guarantee the product. If it’s unavailable, we’ll let you know.
– Returns without original shoebox or damaged packaging may incur an additional $5 restocking fee. Please do not tape or write on box.
– Gift cards and items marked as Final Sale are non-refundable nor exchangeable
– Orders from countries outside North America will be responsible for any additional shipping and duty fees.
– After an exchange is made twice on the same order, the third order will be considered a final sale. This means no returns or exchanges are allowed.
– For transactions that include a gift with minimum purchase, refunds will be issued on eligible product less the value of the gift if the gift-with-purchase item is retained.

We’re experiencing delays in order processing due to a high volume of orders this season. But here’s the good news: we’re working around the clock to help ensure your order is processed in a timely manner.
Our standard order processing time is 5-10 business days, and our typical delivery timelines are around 2-9 business days (depending on your location).
